The Savage Gear Real Eel Jig 12 in 5 1/3 oz – Key Lime is a saltwater jig built to imitate the natural swimming action of an eel while giving anglers the versatility of a jighead presentation. Its oversized tail produces lifelike movement, vibration, and flash that help draw strikes from aggressive predators in deep water, current, and structure-heavy areas.

Key Features

• Realistic Eel Action: Large ribbon-style tail creates a natural swimming motion and vibration that attracts predatory fish.
• Saltwater-Tough Build: Durable PVC body is designed to withstand hard strikes and demanding saltwater fishing conditions.
• Heavy-Duty Jig Hook: Strong hook and weighted jighead configuration help deliver solid hooksets on powerful species.
• Key Lime Color: Bright, visible finish performs well in stained water, low light, and deep presentations.

Designed for anglers targeting lingcod, striped bass, cobia, grouper, and other saltwater predators, this Savage Gear jig excels when worked near bottom structure, ledges, reefs, and bait-holding current seams. The 12-inch profile offers a substantial meal-sized target, while the 5 1/3 oz weight helps it get down quickly and stay in the strike zone.

Whether jigged vertically, cast and retrieved, or worked through deeper coastal structure, the Savage Gear Real Eel Jig combines lifelike action with the strength needed for serious saltwater fishing.
