Description Daiwa Steez Merrinity Swimmer Swimbait 187mm Length Weight Type 187mm 53g Floating Designed for anglers targeting trophy freshwater predators, the Daiwa STEEZ Merrinity Swimmer is a premium swimbait purpose-built for Australias iconic native species. Its three-jointed body produces a natural, lifelike swimming action that can tempt even wary fish, making it highly effective when slow-rolled through timber, worked across rock bars or paused alongside structure. The Merrinity Swimmer responds naturally to different retrieve techniques. A steady retrieve creates a smooth, realistic swimming action, while subtle rod twitches produce an erratic, wounded baitfish presentation. On the pause, the responsive soft tail continues to pulse and move, providing an additional trigger that can draw aggressive strikes from following fish. A circuit-board lip provides excellent stability through the retrieve while helping the lure deflect cleanly around heavy cover. SaqSas Swivel Hook Eyes are designed to improve hook retention during powerful strikes and violent head shakes, giving anglers added confidence when connected to hard-fighting predators. Measuring 187mm and weighing 53g, the STEEZ Merrinity Swimmer closely imitates key freshwater prey species including bony bream, carp, redfin and juvenile cod. Combining a highly realistic action with premium components and versatile retrieve options, its an exceptional swimbait for targeting Australias trophy freshwater predators.
